Robert Lutz

Senior Pastor

Pastor Robert has been with Shiloh since 2008.  Growing up in Mobile, AL he went to the University of South Alabama to earn an engineering degree.  He and his wife, Belinda then moved to the Dallas/Fort Worth area so he could get a Master's Degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.  He has pastored in Texas and Tennessee before coming to Shiloh.  He and Belinda have four children, two of whom they adopted and three are special needs all with genetic abnormalities.  His greatest joy comes in seeing people come to know Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord and watching people grow in their faith.  Pastor Robert is also co-host of the Heather and Robert radio show on Christian Radio Power 88 FM each Friday afternoon.

Heather Nelson

Media Minister

Heather has been on staff at Shiloh since 2009.  Not only is she talented in computers and media, but her smile is contagious around the office. On the side she and her husband are avid bicyclist.  She also co-hosts the Heather & Robert show on Power 88 FM each Friday afternoon from 12 - 3.

Dale Maddy

Associate Pastor in Community Outreach

Bro. Dale has been with Shiloh the shortest but has already made a tremendous impact.  He has pastored in churches in the Kentucky, Ohio and Alabama. He and his wife moved to Saraland 3 years ago to be close to the grandkids.  People enjoy hearing Bro. Dale pickin the banjo or playing the guitar or piano and anything else sounding bluegrass.  His heart is simply reaching people for Jesus Christ.

Cindy Chandler

Family & Discipleship Minister

Cindy has been with Shiloh since 2009.  Her love for

 families and desire to see people grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ. Her creativity makes Shiloh unique and makes everyone wonder what's next.

Lee Threadgill

Associate Pastor / Student Minister

Lee came to Shiloh as a student and came on staff as a senior at the University of Mobile in 2011.  He is multi-talented playing numerous instruments and uses that talent to reach students.  His desire is for students not only to mature in their relationship with God, but for them to become godly leaders.

Dr. Al Miller

Worship/Music Minister

Dr. Miller came to Shiloh in 2018 and he is the dean over the Center for Performance Arts at the University of Mobile.  Dr. Miller has a wife and three children.

Bud Richardson

Senior Adult Minister

Bud and his wife, Mary Lynn have served Shiloh first as a principal in the school but after retirement, he has served as Senior Adult Minister.  Bud brings comfort and encouragement to our seniors each week and helps them to know God still wants to use them in His kingdom.
